This recipe is a year-round favorite. The pattypan squash are only available around Rosh Hashana where I live, so although I make this dish throughout the year, it's so much fancier in Fall with those cute flower looking zucchinis. By the way, you can also stuff tomatoes, cabbage, and all types of peppers in this recipe.
