Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the order date of online purchases with the conditions below. Returns are processed once a week and will show on your credit card statement within 24-48 hours depending on YOUR financial institution.
Please note that we do not do exchanges, but will happily process returns. Once you have your returns approved, feel free to send your returns and then order the item you would like instead.

What's eligible for return?
- All items from the intimates collection (women's panties) are NOT RETURNABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All returned merchandise MUST be in NEW and unused condition in its original packaging with labels attached.
- Refund will be issued when items have been returned to Esteez, and confirmed in acceptable condition.
- If your returns do not meet the conditions above, they will be sent back to you if they are in unsellable condition. If it’s not in it’s original packaging with the tags still attached, a $5 re-stocking fee will apply. Please be mindful when trying them on.
- Esteez will not assume the cost to return the items to us. This expense shall be paid for by the buyer, unless the item is damaged or defective.
- Shipping charges are never refundable.
- You must make contact with us before returning items, or we may not be able to locate your parcel.
Can I return an item I bought on sale?
- No. We do not accept returns on clearance or sale items.
- Items bought with a discount code are final sale and not returnable.
- NO EXCEPTIONS SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK US.
Can I get a price adjustment for an online purchase?
- Yes, we offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within three (3) days of your order date. Simply send us an email within the three (3) day window as mentioned above. We’ll refund you the difference in your original form of payment.
DO NOT MAIL ANYTHING BACK WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FROM US OR IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SENT BACK TO SENDER.
YOU MUST WAIT FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION BEFORE SENDING BACK ANY RETURNS.
Please note: If you purchased many items, and received free shipping, and you then decided to return some, if your total order after the returns does not total $100 you were not eligible for the free shipping. In that case, we will have to deduct the flat rate of $10 to cover the shipping charges, from your refund.

Shipping within the USA is $10 flat rate, or free shipping on orders over $100.

Shipping to Canada is $40 flat rate on orders up to $200.

The usual shipping times according to the USPS website varies by destination. Once the package has crossed into Canada, the tracking info is no longer updated by Canada Post. Delivery times may be delayed by Customs Canada and we do not have any control over this and cannot get information from them while you await your orders, and this can be 2-6 weeks. When Canada Post delivers your package, you may be required to pay taxes and duties and this is out of our control. If you refuse the package at delivery time, you will be charged a $20 re-stocking fee when we process your refund.
Shipping to Israel and Europe is $80 on orders up to $200
