Returns Policy

Due to abuse of the returns system, our return policy has changed. Please read carefully.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the order date of online purchases with the conditions below. Returns are processed once a week and will show on your credit card statement within 3-5days depending on YOUR financial institution.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges, but will happily process returns.

What's eligible for return?

  • All items from the intimates collection (women's panties/shapewear) are NOT RETURNABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • All returned merchandise MUST be in NEW and unused condition in its original packaging with labels still attached. 
  • If your returns do not meet the conditions above, or are in unsellable condition, they will be sent back to you (at your expense)
  • Orders over $300 that are returned will incur a $10 re-stocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please note: If you purchased many items, and received free shipping, and you then decided to return some, if your total order after the returns does not total $100 you were not eligible for the free shipping. In that case, we will have to deduct the flat rate of $10 to cover the shipping charges, from your refund.
  • Refunds are issued once a week. Please allow 3-5 days from the time the refund is issued, for the funds to be allocated back to your original form of payment.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, Esteez does not provide free returns and/or shipping labels.
  • We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service to return the items as they are under your responsibility until they reach us.

  • Shipping charges are never refundable.

  • You must make contact with us before returning items by submitting your return request at the link above or we may not be able to locate your parcel.

Due to being a small business, we do not process full refunds on orders over $300 - Instead we offer a store credit for the returned items in the form of a gift card that does not expire.

Can I return an item I bought on sale?

  • No. We do not accept returns on discounted, clearance or sale items. 
  • Items bought with a discount code are final sale and not returnable.
  • NO EXCEPTIONS SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK US.

Can I get a price adjustment for an online purchase?

  • Yes, we offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within three (3) days of your order date. Simply send us an email within the three (3) day window as mentioned above. We’ll refund you the difference in your original form of payment.

 DO NOT MAIL ANYTHING BACK WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FROM US OR IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SENT BACK TO SENDER.

YOU MUST WAIT FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION BEFORE SENDING BACK ANY RETURNS.

If the item in question was received as a gift, we recommend that the recipient complete the form.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IN CANADA. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE IN THE USA. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Esteez products purchased through other retailers may not be returned through esteez.com and must be returned to its original seller.
