Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the order date of online purchases with the conditions below. Returns are processed once a week and will show on your credit card statement within 24-48 hours depending on YOUR financial institution. Please note that we do not do exchanges, but will happily process returns. Once you have an RMA, feel free to send your returns and then order the item you would like instead.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday from the Esteez warehouse in Champlain, NY. We ship using USPS Priority mail. The usual shipping times according to the USPS website is 1-3 business days depending on where you are located in the USA.
