A great dress to exercise in, very breathable and has movement but is still very modest! I’m 5’6” and plus size so it hits just below the knees.

It has pockets, what else do you need?

This is my favorite dress for the beach, it is light and comfortable and can get wet and then dries super fast. Did I mention it has pockets???

I have 2 Nadias. One grey one black. The grey one I wore to the pool, such a great cover up, in or out of the water. The black one I've worn on many occasions, and I've gotten so many compliments! It can pass as a "little black dress" and no one will know it's a swim dress, unless you tell them!
