Refund policy

DO NOT MAIL ANYTHING BACK WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FROM ESTEEZ, OR YOUR RETURN WILL BE DENIED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.

Returns are accepted up to 14 days from receipt of online purchases with the conditions below.

We do not offer exchanges. Feel free to return an item for a refund, and go ahead and purchase the item you prefer.

What's eligible for return?
You can return any item that's in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective, unless it was purchased for final sale. All items must have the tags and original packaging intact.

Refund will be issued when items have been returned to the Esteez warehouse. Esteez is not responsible for your lost returns. Please use a shipping service that is trackable.

Esteez will not assume the cost to return the items to us. This expense shall be paid for by the buyer.

Can I return Final Sale items?

No. We do not accept returns on clearance or sale items. 
Items bought with a discount code are final sale and not returnable.
NO EXCEPTIONS SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK US.

Can I get a price adjustment for an online purchase?

Yes, we offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within three (3) days of your order date. Simply email us within the three (3) day window as mentioned above. We’ll refund you the difference in your original form of payment.

Please note: If you purchased many items, and received free shipping, and you then decided to return some, if your total order after the returns does not total $150 you were not eligible for the free shipping. In that case, we will have to deduct the flat rate of $12 for shipping charges, from your refund.

If the item in question was received as a gift, we recommend that the recipient complete the form.
