All orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday from the Esteez warehouse in Malone, NY.

USA:

Shipping within the USA is $10 flat rate, or free shipping on orders over $100.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). We ship using USPS Priority mail. The usual shipping times according to the USPS website is 1-3 business days depending on where you are located in the USA.

Canada:

Shipping to Canada is $40 flat rate on orders up to $200.

All orders are shipped from our warehoouse in the USA within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). We ship using USPS First Class International Mail. The usual shipping times according to the USPS website varies by destination. Once the package has crossed into Canada, the tracking info is no longer updated by Canada Post. Delivery times may be delayed by Customs Canada and we do not have any control over this and cannot get information from them while you await your orders, and this can be 2-6 weeks. When Canada Post delivers your package, you may be required to pay taxes and duties and this is out of our control. If you refuse the package at delivery time, you will be charged a $20 re-stocking fee when we process your refund.

Esteez has three operating locations. The Esteez Outlet operates out of Champlain NY, where the shipping and logistics of the outlet are handled. Esteez.com operates out of Malone NY, and Esteez Headquarters operates out of Montreal Canada, where the designing and plans are executed.
